Description

The new Women’s Shellista V Shorty Waterproof Boots are a modern update to our classic Shellista winter boots. They have a lower height for more-versatile styling and HEATSEEKER™ insulation for warmth on cold days. Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments, and processes. To help keep feet dry, we use internal waterproof membranes and/or adhesive and seam-seal constructions.

  • Upper: Majority-suede upper
  • At The North Face®, we purchase 100% of our leather from Leather Working Group–certified tanneries
  • Tub-style boot
  • Shorter collar than other Shellista styles for a more versatile, modern look that works with any outfit
  • Lightweight and flexible shell for more mobility
  • Waterproof, seam-sealed construction
  • 200 g HEATSEEKER™ synthetic insulation
  • Cozy high-pile fleece collar
  • Fleece lining for ultimate warmth
  • Sole Unit: IcePick® rubber lugs are molded on the softer SURFACE CTRL™ outsole and harden when the temperature falls below freezing to help provide biting traction
  • Substantial spacing between the 4.5 mm lugs for traction on snow and mud and for debris removal
  • Durable SURFACE CTRL™ outsole is optimized for weight and versatility and is made with 10% rubber from smallholder farmers committed to agroforestry principles and regenerative agriculture practices
  • Grip sole: Rubber compounds deliver grip, traction and durability on both wet and dry surfaces.
  • Synthetic fill: Synthetic insulation maintains warmth even in damp conditions.
